Before his current position with NIORD, Pål was Accounting and Administration Manager at Norwegian Hull Club.
There, he was responsible for financial statements and financial planning. He also worked in the Underwriting department overseeing premium collection, as well as being involved in the reinsurance process. Addtionally, he oversaw the S&P rating process in The Club. Pål is also Managing Director of the property company Handelens og Sjøfartens Hus in Bergen, Norway.
He holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, plus has also completed an Executive Master's Programme in Transformation and Innovation Management from the Norwegian School of Economics. He has also attended the renowned leadership development programme “Accelerate”, run by AFF.
